This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using Penwright, provided by LEGAL PROMOTION AND MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED. It exists to keep the service lawful, safe and fair. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination.
1. Marketing & advertising compliance
- Marketing content generated by Penwright is a creative suggestion. You are responsible for ensuring your marketing is truthful and complies with local advertising, consumer-protection and data-protection rules.
- Do not use Penwright to create false, misleading, deceptive or defamatory claims, or content that constitutes false advertising.
- Do not use generated content for spam or bulk unsolicited messaging. You must follow anti-spam and marketing-consent rules (for example obtaining consent where required and honouring opt-outs).
- Do not generate content that infringes another party’s intellectual property or trademarks.
2. Document drafts and legal responsibility
- Document drafts are informational templates, not legal advice. Do not present them as licensed legal advice or as the work of a qualified solicitor.
- Have important or binding documents reviewed by a qualified solicitor before use. Complete the review flags on each draft.
- Do not use Penwright to hold yourself out as authorised to provide regulated legal services.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Penwright to create, promote or distribute:
- Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or scam content, or anything that facilitates it.
- Hateful, harassing, defamatory, or violent content, or content that sexualises minors.
- Regulated legal, tax, financial, medical or investment advice presented as professional guidance.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or overload the service.
- Content that infringes privacy or misuses another person’s personal data.
- Content that impersonates or passes off a third-party brand, product, person, team or organisation.
4. Fair use of the studio
Use the service within your plan’s allowances and as intended. Do not resell, sublicense or share access in breach of your plan, or attempt to circumvent usage limits, security or billing.
5. Accuracy of your inputs
Only submit information you are entitled to use. Do not upload confidential material of others without permission, or content you do not have the rights to.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Report misuse to support@legpromarser.shop. We may investigate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
